These Terms govern the use of the REST&TEST desktop application ("App"), the restandtest.xyz website ("Website") and the server behind them (together the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. Sections marked consumers apply if you use the Service outside your trade, business or profession; sections marked business customers apply otherwise.
The Service is provided by [COMPANY NAME], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company ID (IČO) [IČO], VAT ID (DIČ) [DIČ], registered in [COMMERCIAL REGISTER ENTRY] ("we", "us"). Contact: support@restandtest.xyz.
Credits are the generation and repair operations included in your plan or bought separately. Content is the API documentation, test code and other data you put into the Service.
You must be at least 16 to create an account, and at least 18 (or have your legal guardian's consent) to buy a paid plan or credits. Keep your password confidential and tell us at support@restandtest.xyz if you suspect someone else is using your account. One account is for one person; Team plan seats are per named user.
While your account is active we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you control. You may not resell or sublicense the App or your account, remove proprietary notices, or reverse-engineer the App except where the law allows it.
Prices are in euro and include VAT. Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID outside the Czech Republic are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure. Payments are processed by Stripe; you receive a receipt and an invoice by email.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Plan credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. Credits bought separately do not expire while your account exists. If you turn on overage billing, additional usage is billed at the end of the month at the rates shown on the pricing page, up to the cap you set.
Before you pay we show you the total price and ask for your express request to start the service immediately (see section 7). After paying you receive an order confirmation by email.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your first billing month starting after the notice period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; the old price applies until your subscription ends.
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a contract made with us within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example by email to support@restandtest.xyz; you may use the model form below. Sending it before the 14 days end is enough.
Effects of withdrawal. We refund all payments received under that contract without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. Because you ask us, before paying, to start providing the service immediately, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you told us that you withdraw.
Credits. Credits are digital content. With your express prior consent and your acknowledgement, given before paying, your right of withdrawal ends for each credit once it is used. Credits not yet used are refunded.

Consumers have the statutory rights for digital content and services under the Czech Civil Code (§ 2389a and following) and EU law, including the right to a remedy if the Service does not conform to the contract. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Send complaints to support@restandtest.xyz; we decide on a complaint within 30 days.
Business customers: the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation, to the extent the law allows.
You may not use the Service to test, probe or attack systems or APIs you do not own or are not authorised to test; to create malware or harmful content; to get around rate limits, access controls or credit accounting; to impersonate others; or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules; we tell you the reason, and you can respond at support@restandtest.xyz.
You keep all rights to your Content. You allow us to process it only to provide the Service: sending it to the AI model, returning results to you, storing generated tests so unchanged endpoints are not charged again, and diagnostic logs kept for 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not put personal data or secrets into API documentation you upload. If you are a business customer and your Content contains personal data, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms.
Tests are written by an AI model (Anthropic Claude), and generated files are marked as AI-generated. Review generated code before you rely on it or run it against systems where it could cause harm. Generated tests may be incomplete or wrong; for consumers this does not affect section 8.
Our liability is not limited for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for harm to life or health, or where the law does not allow a limitation. Otherwise, towards business customers, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, but at least €50.
Business customers indemnify us against third-party claims arising from their breach of these Terms or from Content they upload.
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. If we discontinue the Service, we give at least 30 days' notice and refund prepaid fees for the unused period and unused credits bought separately.
You can cancel your subscription in the dashboard and delete your account at any time (Account settings → Delete account); deleting the account cancels any subscription immediately. We may end the contract with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these Terms. If we end it without your fault, we refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
Please report vulnerabilities in the App or the Service to support@restandtest.xyz (see also security.txt). We acknowledge reports within 3 working days, keep you informed, fix confirmed issues as quickly as their severity requires, and release updates to the App. Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before you disclose it. We report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents to the authorities as the EU Cyber Resilience Act requires.
These Terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Out-of-court dispute resolution (consumers): the competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR department, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.gov.cz. Courts: the competent Czech courts; consumers may also sue in the courts of the country where they live.
We notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can end the contract before then free of charge; for consumers, the old Terms keep applying to the paid period already running.
