"Service" means the REST&TEST desktop application, the restandtest.xyz website, and the cloud backend that supports them.
"You" / "User" means the individual or entity that has agreed to these terms and is accessing or using the Service.
"Credits" means the generation and repair operations allocated to your subscription plan or purchased as overages.
"Content" means any API specifications, test code, or other data you upload, input, or process through the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us at admin@restandtest.app of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
One account may be used by one individual. Sharing credentials across multiple people is not permitted on individual plans. Team plan seats are per-named user.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download and use the REST&TEST desktop application on devices you own or control, solely for your internal business or personal use.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or your account; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Plans: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Credits included in your plan reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Overages: If you exceed your plan's included credits, additional credits are billed at the per-unit overage rate shown on the pricing page. Overage charges are metered and billed at the end of each billing cycle. You may set a credit cap in your account settings to prevent overages.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge the applicable fees via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices on 30 days' notice posted on our website or sent to your registered email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the period.
Refunds for overage charges: Overage charges are non-refundable once the corresponding credits have been consumed.
Exception: If you experience a verified technical failure on our side that prevented credits from being delivered, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a credit or refund for the affected operations at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice or refund.
You retain all ownership rights to the API specifications and generated test code you create. You grant us a limited right to process your specifications solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e. forwarding to the AI model and returning results to you).
You represent that you have the right to submit any Content to the Service and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
Test code generated by the AI is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and safely deploying AI-generated code in your environment. We make no warranty that generated tests are correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REST&TEST, ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) €50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions. In such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless REST&TEST and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. In the event of a planned discontinuation of the Service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused subscription fees.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends and any unused credits are forfeited. Sections 8–13 and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at admin@restandtest.app and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by posting on the website or emailing your registered address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
